The buildings are two. The first building – Building “A” – has four storey levels, the other – Building “B” – has three storey levels.
For the needs of the residents of the complex, a parking area with 41 outdoor parking spaces is provided, as well as 10 garages locatedon the ground level of Building “A”.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING “A” is designed with four storey levels. At elevation ±0.00 there are five apartments, at elevation +2.80 and elevation +5.60 there are ten apartments each, and at elevation +8.40 there are eight apartments. At elevation ±0.00 ten garages are provided and there are 14 storage rooms.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING “B” is designed with three storey levels. At elevation ±0.00 there are six apartments, at elevation +2.80 there are six apartments,and at elevation +5.60 there are four apartments.
