The buildings are two. One building – Building “A” – has four storey levels, the other – Building “B” – also has four storey levels.
For the needs of the residents of the complex, a parking area with 62 outdoor parking spaces is provided, as well as 10 garages located on the ground level of Building “A”.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING “A” is designed with four storey levels. At elevation ±0.00 there are five apartments, at elevation +2.80 and elevation +5.60 there are ten apartments each, and at elevation +8.40 there are eight apartments. At elevation ±0.00 ten garages are provided and there are 14 storage rooms.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING “B” is designed with four storey levels. At elevation ±0.00 there are six apartments, at elevation +2.80 and elevation +5.60 there are six apartments each, and at elevation +8.40 there are four apartments.
